Watch Winder Warranty

You can now purchase our EXTENDED WARRANTY for an additional 1 year period at the following cost:

If you watchwinder is for 1 or 2 watches: $59.00 ($USD)
If you watchwinder is for 3 watches or more: $69.00 ($USD)

That is, after purchased our Extended Warranty program, your watch winder unit will be fully covered for manufacturer's defect for 2 full years from the date of your purchase (parts and labor are included, shipping charge is extra).

Please note that if you have not purchased any Extended Warranty Coverage from your dealer when you purchased the winder, you must purchased your Extended Warranty from this website only, not from the dealer you purchased from. Purchase of this Extended Warranty program must be made within 6 months of your purchase. For example, if you purchased your winder on Jan 1, 2003; you must purchase the Extended Warranty policy on or before June 30, 2003. We cannot accept purchase of Extended Warranty after the 6 months period from the date of your purchase.

Without the Extended Warranty coverage, any repair or servicing beyond the standard 1 year warranty period will be charged at normal service charge.

The following are not covered by the Extended Warranty:
1.  Scratch, damage, stain, broken parts, or broken glass due to mis-handling by customers.
2.  Opening of the unit by unauthorized technicians or persons.
3.  Normal Wear and Tear.
