Returning your products for servicing?

Returning your product for servicing Prior to returning your watch winder for servicing, please make sure to read our Trouble Shooting section to see if that could resolve your winder's problem. If not, please email us, sometimes the issue could easily be resolved by our technician online. If your watch winder unit needed to be returned for servicing, please follow the instruction below: First contact us to see if there are any additional charges. If your unit is still within our standard one year warranty coverage, or within our Extended Warranty coverage period, all parts and labor charge would be included (except due to negligence of users or mis-handling by users such as broken glass, please refer to our Warranty Policy for details of the warranty coverage ). If you still have possession of the original package box and packing material, please place the unit in its original package. Make sure it is well cushioned and well packed to avoid any damage during shipping. If you do not have the original package, please use strong and sturdy carton box, and well-cushion the unit with foam or other shock absorbing material to minimize any potential damages during shipping. Please obtain freight insurance also in case the package is damaged during shipping. All items should be freight prepaid. For customers located in North or South America, please contact us for returning instruction.
