Watch Winder Warranty

Welcome. All our watch winders come with one full year manufacturer's warranty. The following are not covered by the Warranty:

1.  Scratch, damage, stain, broken parts, or broken glass due to mis-handling by customers.
2.  Opening of the unit by unauthorized technicians or persons.
3.  Normal Wear and Tear.
4.  Beyond the one year warranty program.

You can now purchase our EXTENDED WARRANTY for an additional 1 year period. That is, after purchased our Extended Warranty program, your winder unit will be covered for manufacturer's defect for 2 full years from the date of your purchase. Please note that you must purchased your Extended Warranty from this website only, and purchase of this Extended Warranty program must be made within 6 months of your purchase.
